Our presenters will be discussing how technology is changing the healthcare industry and will be sharing insights from Google’s latest study on online patient behaviour.

Ben Tyson
Google Partner Trainer
Ben is the Head of Sales Enablement for SEM and Directories Partners at Google. He is responsible for educating North America Partners on Google products, sales, and strategy. Ben will discuss how technology is changing the healthcare industry and the traditional patient journey, and how to connect with today’s patient digitally.
Ben holds a B.A. in Communications from The San Francisco State University and lives with his wife and two sons in the San Francisco Bay area.


Brendan Jacobson
Strategic Partnerships, Channel Sales
Brendan is part of Google’s Channel Partnerships team, where he works with carefully vetted partners to help empower SMBs to better compete in today’s marketplace by leveraging the power of digital advertising. Brendan will share findings from Google’s latest study on online patient behavior and highlight the role of digital throughout the process.
Brendan has been with Google for 4+ years in client-facing roles and recently joined the Channel Partnerships team. Prior to joining his current team, Brendan served as the Head of Sales for Zagat, publisher of consumer-generated ratings and reviews for leisure and lifestyle information, and most recently he served as a brand advertising consultant for Google’s top Healthcare clients. Brendan is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles and spends his time outside of work with his family and pursuing his passion of photography.
