Laurel Bavis, R.Ac and founder of Elora TCM Clinic, came to us as she was preparing to open her practice. She already had her branding and a strong sense of the experience she wanted to create — calm, compassionate, and centred on deep listening. What she needed was a web designer who could take that vision and turn it into a website that felt like her.
This wasn’t a rebrand or a redesign. It was a launch: a brand-new practice that needed a credible, welcoming home online from day one, built to introduce Laurel to her community and turn visitors into booked patients.
What We Built
We handled the full custom website design and build in WordPress and Elementor, working directly from Laurel’s branding and vision.
The priority was getting the feel right. Traditional Chinese Medicine is a personal, presence-based practice, and the site needed to carry that same warmth. We built a clean, calming layout with clear structure across her services — women’s health, fertility and reproductive health, pregnancy and postpartum care, emotional wellbeing, and perimenopause and menopause — plus dedicated pages for each treatment she offers, from acupuncture to cupping to moxibustion.
Every page guides visitors toward a single clear action: booking an initial visit. We integrated her Jane practice-management booking directly into the site, so a prospective patient can go from reading about care to scheduling an appointment without friction. A full practitioner page gives Laurel room to tell her story and build the trust that matters most in healthcare.
The Result
The launch of Elora TCM Clinic gave Laurel a professional online presence built around how she practices — one that reflects her brand, introduces her to the Elora community, and makes booking simple.
