Environmental consulting sounds dry. Premier isn’t. But their old site played straight into the industry stereotype: dated, flat, and heavy on the data-and-spreadsheets feel the whole sector defaults to. A firm that works in a modern, consultative way was being represented by a website stuck a decade in the past.
That gap has a real cost. Premier’s prospective clients are handing over complicated, high-stakes problems in assessment and remediation, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and health and safety. Trust is the entire buying decision, and the first impression was undermining a 20-plus-year reputation before a single conversation happened. The site didn’t just look old. It made the firm look like something it wasn’t.
What We Built
Our website design closes that gap. We rebuilt the site to match how Premier actually operates: clear, confident, and expert-led from the first click. Their five core services and the sectors they serve sit front and centre, so a prospective client knows within seconds that this is a firm they can hand a complicated problem to.
The copy got rebuilt as thoroughly as the design. We rewrote every word on the site, trading industry jargon for language that speaks to what clients actually care about: moving their project forward with confidence. Environmental consulting is full of technical language that means everything internally and nothing to the person hiring you. Cutting it was half the redesign.
We built the site on WordPress so Premier’s team can keep their blog and content current themselves, publishing on their own schedule without waiting on a developer. A firm with 20 years of expertise has plenty to say, and now the site grows every time they say it.
The Result
Premier now has a web presence that finally matches the firm behind it: a modern, expert-feeling site doing justice to two decades of reputation and the calibre of clients they serve. And because their team publishes independently, the site keeps building authority instead of quietly going stale like the last one did.
