PSM.ai came to us in February 2026 with a concept, a visual mockup and a project roadmap. There was no existing website, no content library and no brand assets beyond the initial design direction. What they did have was a fixed deadline. The platform needed to be live in April for an international trade show, and there was no room to push the date.
The brief came with two added layers of complexity. First, this was not a standard marketing site. PSM.ai needed a research platform capable of organizing and serving a growing library of process safety management content. Second, the brand had to stand completely on its own, with its own identity, structure and voice, separate from any other property.
What We Built
We handled the full custom website design and build in WordPress and Elementor, working from the original mockup and roadmap with minimal additional direction.
The core of the project was the research library. We built a custom post type structure with its own dedicated taxonomy, so research content could be categorized, cross-referenced and browsed in ways a standard blog setup can’t handle. On top of that sits filtered search, letting visitors narrow the library by topic and content type instead of scrolling through an endless archive. Custom navigation ties it together so the platform stays usable whether the library holds fifty entries or five hundred.
Just as important was what the client wouldn’t need us for. The architecture was designed so PSM.ai’s own team could add new research entries, assign taxonomy and publish without touching a developer. The platform grows with them.
SEO was built in from day one rather than bolted on after launch. Clean URL structure, proper heading hierarchy, schema markup, optimized page speed and crawlable taxonomy pages were all part of the build itself. When the research library grows, every new entry inherits a structure that search engines can read properly.
The Result
The site launched on schedule in April 2026, in time for the international trade show that made the deadline non-negotiable. From first documents to production launch took eight weeks.
Since launch, the platform has done exactly what it was designed to do: present PSM.ai as a credible, standalone brand and give their team a research library they can grow without ongoing development work.
